Ticket Policies

Artists, programs, and prices are subject to change without notice.
Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your event and seat/section selection (where applicable). A member of the Park City Opera Box Office Team is always happy to assist with ticket purchases via phone (+1 (214) 326-7411) or email (boxoffice@parkcityopera.org).

Student Tickets:

Tickets to select performances , including The Tender Land and Roméo et Juliette, are available to students at a discounted rate. To access the student discount code for the first time, simply email admin@parkcityopera.org with a photo of your active Student ID.

Exchanges:

Park City Opera allows ticket exchanges between different performances of the same production at the same venue. All exchanges are subject to availability and any price differential applies. All exchanges must be handled through the PCO Box Office, and a $3.99 exchange fee per ticket applies. Exchange requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the performance.

Refunds and Cancellations:

All ticket sales are final. In the case that PCO must cancel a performance due to inclement weather or extenuating circumstances, each affected ticket holder will receive a complimentary ticket to a future mainstage opera, subject to availability. No other refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued.
